Shipping Policy:
Orders Ship within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. All orders regardless of free shipping or not, ship UPS Ground. If you require a special shipping need, please contact us at info@gp-factor.comRefund Policy for Pre-Orders & Standard Orders that have not shipped yet:
Pre-ordering items on our site locks in your position in line for this item. If you need to cancel your pre-order, or cancel an order before it is shipped, we reserve the right to refund in full less a 5% transaction fee.
Return Policy for orders that have shipped and/or received by customers:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns are refunded less 10% (which covers credit card fees and original shipping).
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for refund or store credit.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
GP Limited Warranty:
GP Factor warranty it’s products for lifetime from manufacturing defects. Although most defects are found immediately upon inspection or first use by customers, as a result, We therefore hold a 1 year warranty to return items to us for full replacement or repair if needed due to manufacture defects. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us. GP does not warranty normal wear and tear, end user use, or end user abuse. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to our warranty.
If your item requires warranty work, GP will pay for return shipping to fix your item, and shipping back to you at no cost to you.
