Ineos Grenadier Bull Bar

Our mission in designing this bull bar was to create a strikingly aesthetic yet robust and functional product for the Grenadier, and also fully made right here in the USA. The result is a uniquely crafted bull bar made from five separate pieces, rather than a single solid unit, allowing for enhanced versatility and ease of use. - Enhanced Durability: Our multi-piece design is engineered for superior strength and longevity. Constructed from 3/16” (0.187) HRPO A36 Carbon Steel with 1.9” diameter tubing featuring 0.125” (1/8”) thick walls, this bull bar is built to withstand the demands of rugged use. The main pillars boast an I-Beam construction for added strength and an impressive look. With pillars and bar mounts all measuring 3/16” thick, when assembled, the combined thickness reaches 9/16”.
The bull bar mounts securely to the bumper using eight factory mounting holes on each side—four M10 in the front, two M6 at the top rear, and two M6 on the bottom—to ensure stability and support without any modifications required. All included hardware is crafted from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel with a Black Oxide Finish for superior resistance to corrosion.

Recently bought the GP Factor bull bar for my ‘24 Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster, didnt take long to arrive in Australia. Very substantial bar , well made, neat welds and powder coat . It fitted perfectly and looks great , particularly like the horizontal bar type. The company were great to deal with and I’ll be a customer in the future for sure .
The GP Factor bull bar for the Ineos Grenadier is hands-down the best-looking front-end upgrade you can make to this truck, striking the perfect balance between rugged and refined without overdoing it. The design looks like it came straight from the factory, clean lines, aggressive stance, and zero gimmicks, while still giving the Grenadier a tougher, more purposeful presence. What really sets it apart is how well engineered it is: the modular design makes it far easier to handle and install than traditional one-piece bull bars, the fitment is spot-on using factory mounting points, and the install is refreshingly straightforward with no cutting, drilling, or frustration. Excellent thick wall tubing with great finish. I like the modular design and the fact that I could order the center section to accommodate the hidden bar light under the hood.

Very happy with my choice! I love the styling- the way it fits the contours of the vehicle, and doesn't jut out too much on the sides or front. The smooth lines. The rugged construction. The easy install. I got the double straight center bar because I plan on putting fog lights on the lower bar.
Great construction, great fitment and fast shipping! Easy install for 1 person and it really looks great. Added bonus is the extra weight on the front end settles the "steering issue" of a solid front axle vehicle. Highly recommended.

Hello from Australia just finished installing my new bull bar from GP Factor just love the quality and the ease to mount, being modular does have it's advantages without weighing the front end down till the point you have to get re shocked as I run a winch also. First, the packaging it arrived in was bombproof and in today’s deliver world, it needs to be to survive. Second, the quality of the pieces and bolts were worthy of putting on a Grenadier! Fit and finish were perfect. Took me about 30 minutes to go from unboxed to installed. Do check the tools list as the recommended ones make things 10x easier. Will buy again from GP!

The entire unit came in 2 very well packaged boxes. The materials and the construction of all the pieces look and feel very sturdy and of high quality. The installation was very simple and easy. There was one washer missing but AJ answered my email inquiry on a weekend and sent the missing parts on the next day. Overall a very nice bull bar for my IG and GP Factor’s impressive customer service is 2nd to none!

From the day I bought the Grenadier I’ve been wanting to add a bull bar to complete the front. After researching available models, the bull bar from GP Factor was by far the best looking option. It went together easily in my driveway and after 90 minutes the Gren has her new glasses…
Very easy install for a person who usually pays others to have things installed. Product did come with some very small fabrication pellets that scattered when opened the box; however, no issues with the components received; all arrived in good order. Quality Product. Instructions online are great, easy to follow. I would definitely recommend to other fellow Ineos Grenadier Owners. Best complementing and designed bull bar for the Grenadier. Came well packaged with detailed installation instructions. If you take your time it is a 1-2hr install from start to finish. My only gripe is that the small flat washers included in the hardware is not strong enough for the recommended torque specs. GP products are well made and is quality. They also have top notch customer service!

Super solid Bar and very easy install and assembly with a single person. The key is leaving the assembly all loose before getting it bolted to the truck - after that it's easy to lock it all down. Had a shakedown run in Death Valley with a hundred miles of rough washboard and nothing loosened or moved! Can't wait to get the winch bumper installed next!

Recently I received my GP brush guard. It took about an hour to install with minimal tools needed. Very good quality item. I can’t believe how great fitment was! Looks like it was made by Ineos themselves and fits the rig very well. Absolutely love the looks! What a nice enhancement! Could not recommend this product more!
Awesome piece of kit! The manufacturing quality, shipping (literal bullbar in a couple small boxes, not freight shipping), and feel/look - very happy. Install is about 45 minutes to an hour, at moderate pace, start-to-finish with unboxing, grabbing tools, and running through the instructions. Already used it to protect the front end from some big tumbleweeds getting blown across the highway while at 70 mph, in Santa Ana winds, and not a scratch!
I just received my new brush guard and the box didn’t even make it into the garage! It took a few tools and about an hour to install. Half hour to open and read instructions. The actual install was about half an hour. Clear instructions. It was one of the simplest installations I’ve done recently. Great product, looks great and is of very good quality. This is the only bull bar in N. America that has the look of the original one that we can’t get in the U.S. from Ineos.
Dealing with an offroad outfitter doesn't get any better. I received my bull bar earlier than expected. Everything was packaged securely and meticulously. All the hardware was perfectly sorted and the instructions were simple and clear, accompanied by photos and numbered steps. It only took about an hour to install— everything fit perfectly to the factory mounting spots. This thing is bullet proof and the finish and fit could not be better. I highly recommend the GP bull bar and I plan on buying other GP products in the future. An excellent experience all around. Thank you
